You already finance your customers. Add floor plan for your dealers.

Retail financing helps a dealer close the sale. Floor plan decides how many units are on the lot to sell in the first place.

The short answer

You need a wholesale lender that works alongside your retail program, a dealer program agreement (often with repurchase support) and one place for dealers to apply and manage their lines. Vero brings the lending partner and runs the program on VeroOS. Your retail partner stays where it is.

Retail financing and floor plan do different jobs

One finances the sale and the other finances the stock. Most dealers need both. And they rarely come from the same desk.

Three ways to set it up

A wholesale lender beside your retail partner

Keep the retail program you have. A separate lender funds dealer inventory, and Vero services the dealer lines. Nothing changes for your customers.

One partner for retail and wholesale

Some lenders prefer to finance both sides of the sale, and that can help a newer or smaller dealer program get placed.

Your finance arm adds floor plan

If you already run a captive for retail, it can fund dealer inventory too. Vero runs the floor plan operation behind your name, so the captive doesn't need a wholesale team.

Who does what

Your team keeps the parts only a manufacturer can do. Everything that happens after a dealer applies runs through Vero.

Your team

Shares the dealer list and the product lines to cover, agrees the program terms with the lender and adds the program page to dealer onboarding.

Vero

Brings a wholesale lender whose credit box fits, then onboards your dealers and services every line on VeroOS.

Common questions

Can we keep our current retail finance partner?

Yes. Floor plan can run with a different lender, and your customers' retail applications don't change.

Do dealers have to apply for anything new?

Each dealer applies once for a floor plan line on your program page. After that, they request funding and pay off units in the dealer portal.

Who carries the dealer receivables?

The wholesale lender, or your finance arm if you run floor plan as a captive. Vero services the lines either way.

Does Vero lend the money?

No. A lending partner funds the program and makes every credit decision. Vero runs it day to day.

Vero isn't a lender. Our lending partners make every credit decision and set program terms. Sending this form isn't a credit application.
