VeroOS Platform

One operating system for the entire lending lifecycle

Twelve modules, one data model. Pipeline, funding, payments, inventory, titles, audits, risk and servicing run as one system instead of a vendor for each.

The orchestration layer

The whole platform in one picture

VeroOS is the orchestration layer between the people, the money and the collateral. Every party works in the same system, every module writes to the same record, and the tools you already run stay connected to it.

How it works

From application to payoff, one flow

One record carries through every stage, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing lives in a second system.

01Apply

Digital application, document collection and underwriting run in one pipeline. Bureau pulls and open banking data land in the file on their own.

Pipeline
Dealer Portal
Supplier Portal
02Fund

Purchase the invoice or fund the draw. BOS, title and valuation are verified before money moves, and every unit lands on the line.

Payments
Inventory
03Service

Curtailments, payoffs, titles, amendments and exceptions are worked as tracked tasks with owners and due dates, not inbox threads.

04Monitor

Risk alerts, audits and portfolio views recompute on live data, so exposure surfaces while you can still do something about it.

Modules

Twelve modules, one data model

Adopt the full stack or start with one module. Everything reads and writes the same records.

Applications & portals

Pipeline

White-label application through underwriting and contracting, with e-sign, guarantor handling, instant bureau pulls and annual reviews on the same track.

Dealer Portal

Self-service line visibility, funding requests, statements and payoff quotes, so dealers stop calling for status.

Supplier Portal

Suppliers and distributors submit invoices, track funding status, and manage program terms in one place.

Money movement
$

Funding

Purchase the invoice or fund the draw. BOS, title and valuation are verified before money moves.

Payments

ACH scheduling, curtailments, payoffs, and past-due tracking with bank-holiday awareness.

Account Mgmt / Servicing

Amendments, bank changes and exceptions as tracked tasks, with document management and automated dealer communications built in.

Collateral & compliance

Inventory

Every floored unit tracked by VIN or serial, with aging, location and status live against the line.

Title Management

OCR-powered intake, asset matching, and inbound/outbound lifecycle tracking.

Audits

Digital and on-site audits, photo verification and reconciliation, plus compliance checks and annual reviews on a schedule.

Risk & reporting

Risk

Automated risk alerts on live data: dealer scores, payoff ratios, asset aging and portfolio drift, flagged as they move.

Portfolio Mgmt

Concentration, utilization and exposure across the whole book, by dealer, asset class and program.

Reporting

Standard and custom reports across the portfolio: scheduled, exportable and BI-ready.

Key capabilities

A pipeline your whole team works from

Stage-based workflow. Applications move through named stages with counts, owners, and SLAs visible.

Document intelligence. Upload progress per applicant; OCR extracts and validates as files arrive.

Bureau + banking data built in. Credit pulls and open-banking feeds land in the file automatically.

Annual reviews on schedule. Dealer reviews run on the same pipeline, with document requests, financial spreads and re-approval tracked to completion.

Key benefits

Risk that surfaces itself, before it becomes a loss

Alerts that find you. Payoff ratios, aging and utilization are scored as events happen. The system flags the dealer, so nobody goes hunting in a spreadsheet.

Watch lists that act. Tags drive workflow, so a watch-listed dealer gets tighter checks automatically.

Exposure contained early. Field audits, photo verification and reconciliation run against the same records, so a problem gets worked while it is still small.

The alternatives

The five ways lenders run a wholesale program

Every lender modernizing a floor plan program is choosing among these. The differences that matter are structural, not feature counts.

How VeroOS differs from the four other ways lenders run a wholesale finance program: a legacy loan management system with a floor plan module, a generic loan management system plus a CRM buildout, point solutions plus spreadsheets, and building in house.
Dimension VeroOSPurpose-built operating system Legacy LMSwith a floor plan module Generic LMSplus a CRM buildout Point solutionsplus spreadsheets Build in-houseyour own engineers
Designed for Wholesale and inventory finance, from the ground up Retail or general commercial lending, extended into floor plan Sales and relationship management, extended into portfolio operations One workflow each Your program exactly, until priorities move
Workflow coverage Twelve modules on one data model, application to payoff Loan accounting is strong; downstream operations often sit outside it Notes, reviews and reporting, but not a system of record for collateral Capable inside each tool, thin at every seam Whatever shipped before the roadmap moved on

Integration posture Open by design: keep your core, bureaus, open banking, title and audit vendors Often closed, so every integration is a project Bounded by that platform's own ecosystem Integration is the problem, not the fix You own every connector, permanently
Adoption model Core system of record, or a single capability standalone alongside what you run Replace to adopt Additive, but never the record Additive, and compounding All at once, on your own timeline
Who maintains it Vero, on a multi-tenant cloud platform The vendor, on the vendor's release cycle Your administrators and integrators You, across every seam Your engineers, competing with retail priorities

Every row above assumes you run the program yourself. If you would rather not, Vero can operate it for you — see Managed Services.

FAQs

Questions we get about the platform

What VeroOS covers, how it fits the systems you already run, and where the lines are.

What is VeroOS?

VeroOS is an operating system for asset-backed lending: twelve modules on one data model, covering the lifecycle from application to payoff. Pipeline, Dealer Portal, Supplier Portal, Funding, Payments, Inventory, Title Management, Audits, Risk, Portfolio Mgmt, Account Mgmt / Servicing and Reporting all read and write the same records, so a dealer, a unit, a draw and a payment stay connected instead of living in a different system at each stage.

How is a wholesale lending platform different from a loan management system?

A loan management system is organized around the loan: balances, schedules and payments. Asset-backed wholesale lending is organized around the collateral behind it, which is the dealer line, the unit on the floor, the title in custody and the audit that confirms the unit is still there. VeroOS holds all of it against the same record, so utilization, aging, curtailments, title status and audit results describe one asset rather than four reports that have to be reconciled.

Does VeroOS have to be our core system?

No. VeroOS can be the core system of record for the whole program, or a single capability can run standalone alongside the core you already have. Title Management is the most common standalone deployment: it runs as its own system for title intake, verification, custody and release, with nothing else required to move onto Vero. Audits and the Dealer Portal deploy the same way. Because all of it is built on one data model, a standalone system can extend into the full platform later without standing up a separate set of data next to it.

What does VeroOS integrate with?

VeroOS is API-first, with 40+ live integrations across credit bureaus, open banking, valuation books, title data, audit vendors, ACH and payments, core banking and general ledger, and CRM and SSO. It is cloud agnostic and deploys on Azure or AWS, so it connects to the stack you already run instead of asking you to replace it.

How does Vero use AI, and does it make credit decisions?

Vero AI runs across all twelve modules. It is grounded in your own SOPs and credit policy, bounded by the risk thresholds you set, and logged on every call, so there is a record of what it did. It is designed to prepare and surface work: extracting and validating documents, summarizing a file, flagging exceptions and drafting the routine dealer communications around a deal. It does not make autonomous credit decisions, and approval authority stays with your policies and your people.

Is VeroOS ready for a bank vendor risk review?

It is built for one. VeroOS operates SOC 2 Type II compliant controls, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with SSO, and a complete audit trail on every record. Deployment is cloud agnostic on Azure or AWS. The security page carries the detail your vendor risk team will ask for.

Who runs on VeroOS?

Banks, captive finance companies, OEMs and distributors, independent finance companies and auctions, across wholesale floor plan, equipment, trade and supply chain, consumer auto, and rental and fleet finance. A program can be licensed and run by your own team, or run day to day by Vero operators on the same platform.
