First Business Bank ran a five day time study across its live title operation in June 2025, timing every step of the workflow. 338 titles, 30 batches, 16 groups. After moving title intake, verification and filing onto VeroOS, median processing time per title fell 69%, from a 75 second baseline to 23 seconds. In 12 of the 16 groups measured, verification took no measurable time at all.
