VeroOS was built for wholesale finance. Dealer and supplier portals run on the same data model. If your floor plan book runs on Solifi, start here: what to compare, and what moving that book involves.
Solifi sells a platform for many kinds of secured finance, wholesale among them. Its wholesale finance page now features Wholesale Intelligence and RiskGauge, both from DataScan. VeroOS was built for wholesale and floor plan programs, from application to payoff.
Solifi launched in 2021 when IDS took a new name along with two companies it had acquired: William Stucky and Associates plus White Clarke Group. It has kept buying since. Leasepath joined in July 2025 and DataScan in September 2025. Inovatec, a retail lending technology company, joined in September 2026.
Solifi describes itself as a unified platform for secured finance. For wholesale and floor plan, its pages list:
Before the DataScan deal, Solifi sold its own product called Solifi Wholesale Finance. Its current wholesale page doesn't say how that product relates to Wholesale Intelligence. If your floor plan book runs on Solifi, ask which product your next term covers.

Moving a floor plan book off Solifi works like any conversion. Every unit has to tie out before cutover, along with every dealer balance. The extra question is scope. If Solifi also runs your leasing or asset-based lending, decide early whether those books stay where they are.
We run every implementation in five phases with a sign-off between each one. Data migration happens in the Build phase. We don't publish a standard timeline, because it depends on how much you're moving: dealers, units, integrations.
VeroOS can take over the floor plan program while Solifi keeps running your other books. It can be the system of record for the program, from application to payoff. It can also run one capability next to the core you keep. Title Management is the most common standalone deployment. Audits and the Dealer Portal deploy the same way.
Want VeroOS running next to Solifi for a while? We'd scope any data connection with you and Solifi first, based on what your instance exposes.
Prefer not to staff servicing yourself? Vero can run the day-to-day servicing and audit work on VeroOS under Lending-as-a-Service, behind your brand. Credit decisions stay with you.
Yes, for the wholesale side of a portfolio. VeroOS runs the floor plan program from application to payoff on one record per dealer and per unit, with a dealer portal on the same data. It can take over the program while Solifi keeps your other books, or replace one capability at a time.
Yes. VeroOS can run the floor plan program on its own while your other books stay on Solifi. Shared pieces such as the general ledger feed would need a connection. We'd scope that with you and Solifi first.
On September 23, 2025, Solifi announced it had acquired DataScan. It said customers of both companies would keep their existing service level commitments. Its wholesale finance page now features DataScan's Wholesale Intelligence and RiskGauge, so ask your account team which wholesale product your contract covers.
It depends on the number of dealers and units. History matters too, as does the count of integrations that need a new source. Vero runs implementations in five phases with a sign-off between each one and doesn't publish a standard timeline.
No. Vero is a software and services company. Credit and underwriting decisions belong to the lender. Vero's software supports those decisions and doesn't make them.
