Give your dealers a second line when the first one's full

In season, a dealer whose bank line is maxed out stops ordering. We bring a lender that adds a second line beside the one they have, and we run it day to day. The dealer gets room for the next order, and their bank keeps its line.

Who this fits

Powersports, RV, marine and golf cart dealers run hot for a few months a year. When the bank line fills before the season does, the dealer stops ordering. So the fix is a second line beside the one they have.

  • Your dealers floor with a large bank and run out of room before the season ends.
  • Your franchise dealers want trade-ins and used units floored, which their main line may not cover.
  • You're signing new dealers, especially in golf carts and low-speed vehicles.
  • You already subsidize retail rates and want a floor plan option with the same lender.

The second line sits beside the first

Nobody gives anything up. That's why all three parties tend to say yes.

The dealer gets room

Units move onto the second line as the bank line fills, so the next order doesn't wait for the last one to sell.

You keep shipping

Orders keep moving through the busy months, and your sales team spends less time hearing that a dealer's line is full.

The bank keeps its line

The dealer's main lender keeps its relationship and its limit. Dealers decide which units go on the second line.

Retail and wholesale with one lender

If you already subsidize retail rates through a lender, ask whether the same lender can floor your dealers' stock. Some of ours do both. Some will run both under your name as a private-label program, so you don't have to build a captive.

How retail and wholesale fit together

New and used

Lenders set used-unit eligibility program by program. Franchise dealers can often floor trade-ins on the same second line.

Your name on it

Dealers apply on one page with your name on it and work in one portal for funding and payoffs.

Bring dealers in groups

Lenders review and launch dealers in groups. Starting with five or ten of yours gets a program moving faster than one dealer at a time.

Questions from powersports, RV and marine OEMs

Do dealers have to leave their current floor plan lender?

No. The second line sits beside the one they have, and dealers move units onto it as they need room.

Can used units go on the line?

Often, for franchise dealers. The lender decides, program by program.

Do you work with independent dealers?

Some lenders do, usually after they've seen the dealer's retail history. Tell us about the dealers you have in mind.

Does Vero lend the money?

No. The lender underwrites and signs every dealer, funds the line and sets the terms. We run the program day to day inside the limits the lender sets, and the lender's bank releases every payment.

Tell us about your dealers

Tell us how your dealers floor your units today and how full their lines run. We'll come back promptly on whether a lender we work with is a fit.

Vero isn't a lender. The lenders we work with underwrite every dealer and set program terms. Sending this form isn't a credit application.

Thanks. We'll read this and come back to you promptly.
